Fylí (pronounced FEE-LEE) which stands for “tribe” is a female mastermind membership community focused on educational masterclasses, accountability, peer-to-peer mentorship, leadership advancement and funding opportunities for early stage female founders. This business was started by Co-Founders Jaclynn Brennan & Yanyi Li out of a personal need to help create a network of resources, education, and 360 lifestyle support for female entrepreneurs. Fyli has successfully launched 4 cohorts, which are small curated groups that require an application and interview process, and have a 92% retention rate with annual renewal. Fyli is highly focused on supporting diverse BIPOC Founders, amplifying their voices, and providing opportunities for advancement.

The group always kicks off a new cohort by breaking bread together over a delicious meal with great conversation and thought provoking questions. Cohort 4 members in attendance included: Katia Zaitsev, CBO & Co-Founder of of LEXIT, Carolyn Li, CEO & Founder of Li Organics, and Jennifer Charlot Co-Founder of RevX. Members start to form deep friendships, life long connections, share strategies and business insights, and hold each other accountable to their dreams and goals. Fyli has developed a curriculum and system that helps early stage female founders feel supported on their journey of growth and expansion, both personally and professionally. Operating on a hybrid model of both in-person and digital programming, their curriculum includes 12 months of “intentional education” guiding them through important lessons and structures to get set up for success. The mastermind group benefits include:  a dedicated group facilitator per cohort, monthly roundtable forums, bi-monthly accountability pairing, master class sessions with incredible experts from their vast network, mentorship matching, funding opportunities, marketing/pr opportunities,  a full media content library of education, and access to exclusive events.

The mission at Fyli is to support and empower entrepreneurial minded women to invest in themselves and their passion to succeed, while arming them with the skills and resources to thrive in a male dominated world. We are committed to our tribe and their success both personally and professionally. They have coined the phrase: Together We R.I.S.E. Renew Inspire Support Empower.
