Join us on our mat as we spend some time getting intentional about what we are asking for and putting our energy towards. We will be doing a 30-minute yoga flow followed by a 30- minute guided meditation, all for the purpose of getting intentional and specific about what we are calling towards us as we step into our highest selves. Come for a healthy dose of good vibes and get ready to feel re-inspired and refreshed.
What you need: a yoga mat, blanket, eye cover, all devices silenced or off, and a journal or something to write in.
