Moderator:

Azia Celestino is an on-air host, journalist, and actor. She currently anchors on Cheddar, the leading post-cable news, media, and entertainment company. She also hosts ‘Keep It Short with Azia,’ a short form news series on TikTok & IGTV.

Prior to Cheddar, Azia served as an anchor for national teen newscast, Channel One News, and has appeared on Complex, MTV News, VH1, Revolt, SAG AFTRA Conversations, and the BUILD Series. She has covered red carpets and award shows like the GRAMMYs, MTV Video Music Awards, Global Citizen Festival, and other special events.

Azia is passionate about stories found at the intersection of pop culture and social justice issues. Some of her notable interviews include Oprah Winfrey, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Reese Witherspoon, Steve Carell, Kevin Hart, Neil Patrick Harris, Mindy Kaling, DJ Khaled, Timbaland, Zendaya, Lil Uzi Vert, Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Chelsea Clinton & Dr. Jane Goodall.

With Channel One, Azia joined the award-winning news legacy that granted Anderson Cooper, Lisa Ling, Maria Menounos, and many other prominent journalists & media personalities their career beginnings. In 2018, Azia won a Telly Award for her profile on Nobel Peace Prize winner & ISIS survivor, Nadia Murad. She has covered domestic and international news events with the CBS News partnered organization, including the 2016 presidential election, Hurricane Maria’s impact on Puerto Rico, and the federal climate lawsuit.

While anchoring, Azia has booked roles on Law & Order SVU, The Blacklist, HBO’s The Undoing, and other productions filming in NYC.

#1 Olivia Owens, Creator & General Manager of IFundWomen of Color

Olivia Owens is the Creator & General Manager of IFundWomen of Color, the platform for women of color to raise capital through crowdfunding, grants, coaching, and the connections needed to launch and grow successful businesses. This funding ecosystem is designed to empower early-stage, women entrepreneurs and bridge the funding gap for women of color. 

Olivia was a founding team member of IFundWomen and managed Business Development and Partnerships. IFundWomen launched in 2016 and continues to help women raise millions of dollars in capital. Before launching IFundWomen of Color, Olivia’s leadership brokered critical partnerships to help scale the business (Unilever, Visa, adidas). She supported the creation of IFundWomen’s proprietary coaching program and helped build-out one of the nation’s largest connected communities of women business owners through the platform. Olivia previously held positions at Under Armour in People & Culture. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland.

#2. Kim Patel, Head of Partnerships at Bubble

Kim Patel is currently the Head of Partnerships at Bubble, and an early-stage investor and advisor. She is an advocate focused on evening the playing field for founders, building their product, iterating their business models, and securing funding for their growth. She is a board member for Women in Innovation, and Brave House, focused on mentoring and working with women. She is a 2nd year MBA student at Harvard Business School.

#3. Kait Sheridan, Founder & CEO, Runwell Global Consulting

As founder and CEO of Runwell Global, a boutique international social impact consulting agency, Kait specializes in helping organizations take big ideas and put them to action. She has over a decade of experience in program management, fundraising, marketing and content development, thought leadership and executive coaching, and social media campaigns, with a focus on developing global impact programs to scale. She was on the team the founded GivingTuesday, and she currently oversees the global growth and community for the movement. She has also led marketing and growth strategy for Pledge 1%, and has helped coach hundreds of companies–from startups to post-IPO–on their social impact strategy and implementation. She has developed a number of award-winning social media campaigns, leadership programs, and strategic initiatives with organizations around the globe, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the UN Foundation, 92nd Street Y, the Ford Motor Company, and more. Kait currently lives in Hong Kong.
