*COHORTS ONLY* Universal Holiday Blessing & Closing Out 2021
We welcome ALL Fyli Cohort members to join us on Wednesday, December 22nd at 6pm-7pm EST to gather together virtually and close out 2021 as a community with intention and purpose while carving out new beginnings and blessings for 2022. This will be a chance for all new cohort members to meet each other alongside the ICONS and TRANSFORMERS cohort. We will set new intentions together as a tribe, breathe & meditate, call in our asks for 2022 and foster positive energy for change and growth as we approach the new year.
The session will be led by Fyli masterclass instructor Krista Nerestant, Yoga & QiGong Practitioner | Healer | Best Selling Author, and we kindly ask for members who are participating to show up on time and on camera with out any distractions. Please have a quiet space, notifications/alerts silenced, and a pen and notebook handy.
*If possible, please wear winter white*
White is a serene and calming hue that symbolizes new beginnings. It marks a new cycle and declutters our minds and bringing clarity to solve problems. In essence, white is a blank page of a notebook that waits to be written upon. More often than not, white Is considered a positive color that instills goodness. A virtuous color, white is uplighting, offering mood quietness and mental organization.
